"fINE... I told Ricky I loved him and he didn't say it back. He must think I'm pathetic or something." Abbie lied. She hoped that would be good enough to keep Jeno satisfied.

Jeno's eyes got bigger, meant he was shocked. He sat up immediately, "You actually told him that?" He asked, "Wow, you keep getting confident and confident day by day." He said, sarcastically. "I guess now you can go tell him you want to get married and see what he says." Jeno said and hung up. Why was he feeling all jealous now? The smile that was on his face turned into a frown. Causing him more pain. He rubbed his temples with his finger, trying to think.

Abbie sighed in relief. That was enough to keep Jeno busy. Now Jeno thought she was desperate and pathetic. Jeno probably thought that anyway. "Argh!!! Stop caring what Jeno thinks!!! Jeno's a jerk!!!" She yelled at herself.

Abbie picked up the phone and dialed Jeno's number. "Just for the record, I AM confident!!! I'm not gonna ask Ricky to marry me because that's the most insane thing ever!!! Actually, correction. Liking Ricky isn't the most insane ever. It's in second place!!! Because the most insane thing in my life is the fact that my best friend is a JERK like You!" Abbie lectured. She then hung up because she was starting to cry.

Jeno blinked. If Abbie didn't that a thousands times she called him a jerk. It didn't really bother him much. But this time was different. He was actually hurt by her words. He slowly dropped his phone on his bed and sighed heavily. As his eyes watered.

After breakfast, Abbie was much more awake. She remembered what she said to Jeno and began to cry. She picked up her phone and called Jeno. "Jeno? Are you there?" She asked, trying to keep the tears out of her voice but failing.

Jeno remained silent, after a while he hung up and tried clearing his head.

Abbie began crying again. She really was stupid and pathetic... Abbie got up and went outside to clear her head. Someone had spray painted SLUT on her mailbox. Abbie frowned and painted the graffiti over. Now everyone certainly thought she was dating Jeno. And they also thought she cheated on him...

Jeno started questioning himself. Questions like: What happened to the old Jeno? Why aren't you mocking her? Why are you weak? Why do you even care? He groaned and buried his face in his palm.

Abbie finished painting and tried calling Jeno again. But as soon as she picked up the phone, Brigit called her. "Abbie... You need to tell me what happened now!" Brigit freaked. "Wendy and her goons are spray painting the word Slut all over your locker! And Ricky's friends are really starting to get to me! Abbie... What is-" Bridgit panicked. She didn't get to finish because Abbie hung up on her. She called Jeno again. -
(Nah. I love the drama. ;)
Jeno hesitated to pick up the phone. He flicked his eyes up and down and then took a deep breath and tried acting normal, he cleared his throat and picked up the call, "What do you want now? Ugh."
