Zack smiled happily and hummed softly.He then heard the bathroom door opening.Derek walked out of the bathroom with his clothes on as he smiled.

Hendrina wondered down the halls to her mother's study. She listened to the silence that kept her company and waited outside the door. Hendrina felt her palms grow sweaty and her hair sticking to her neck. With a knock, soft and sudden, Hendrina entered the room. Clean and full of books was no surprise to the princess. ''Good morning, mother,'' Hendrina whispered ''I'm here just like you asked.'' She mentioned, her voice low. Hendrina spotted her mother by one of the bookshelves examining the book.
''We found some rebels by the castle when the Kingdom was in search for you. Due to your foolishness, you shall not be punished because we have found the ones threatening us. I want you to take Prince Zackery and General Ares to the dungeon to decide the fate of our criminals. The punishment shall be public by tomorrow, I assume you can handle this?'' The Queen questioned, her eyes placed into a glare.
Nodding, Hendrina clenched her hands into a fist. ''Good,'' Queen Martin waved Hendrina off. Holding onto the golden door knob the Queen cleared her throat. ''Make me proud, Rina,'' Queen mentioned before Hendrina's departure. ''Of course, mother.'' With that Hendrina wandered down the halls, her mind full of outrageous thoughts. -
Zack sighed as he looked towards the door.Derek frowned in concern"Is something bothering you,sire?"He asked,his tone laced in worry."I have a bad feeling in my stomach.."Zack mumbled as rubbed his arm,a thing he whenever he was nervous about something.Derek nodded his head in understanding"I see..."

Taking her time to return back to the Elves' room Hendrina spotted a few of the men in the hall exiting their rooms. Hendrina passed them with ease and ignored their gestures of starting a conversation with the princess. Hendrina knocked on the door once arriving upon it. She forced a bright smile not wanting to give the Elves the poor news.

Zack opened the door and smiled to see Hendrina there."Hello again, Hendrina.So what did your mother talked to you about?."He asked as he tilted his head slightly.Derek sat down on bed as he frowned.

''What my mother talked to me about? Oh, it was just about the situation the other day,'' Hendrina said clearing her throat. ''During the time, we spent on our way to the back of the castle,'' Hendrina twiddled her fingers standing in the hallway. ''Mother asked if we go see the basement we have in the castle.'' She hesitated. ''To go further down to go into the dungeons where we have prisoners held,'' Hendrina whispered, her throat tightening.

"Oh..."Zack said softly and nodded his head,his eyes dulling"Okay then.."He said and stood up from his bed and walked into the hallway.Derek frowned as he watched Zack in concern.

''Another thing to add to the bad news,'' Hendrina said, clearing her throat ''we must have General Ares come with us.'' She said twirling her locks of purple hairs. Hendrina turned to Zack, her hand falling to his. ''Don't look so upset,'' The maiden whispered, biting her bottom lip.

Zack lightly gripped her hand and nodded his head"I'll try not to."He said softly

Hendrina smiled up at the prince and nodded. ''Plus, they're working for the rebels! It'll be fine, I'm sure of it.'' Hendrina said, her voice straining. ''All we have to worry about is convincing the rebels to talk,'' A shiver ran down Hendrina's spine. If she were to fail, she wouldn't know what the punishment shall be but, if the other way around Hendrina's sure those rebels will be executed, publicly.

Zack nodded his head in agreement and gently hugged her.He soon pulled away,a soft smile forming on his face"Let's go get Ares.."He said softly.Zack still despised the General and didn't want him to lay a finger on Hendrina.

Hendrina nodded her eyes on the doors whilst she passed by the doors. Some labels on the doors were taken off, their imprint still remaining. The door not so far from Zack's room was Ares'. Knocking on the door once it was soon opened by Ares. The man's hair was a mess and sleep remained within his eyes. ''Princess,'' He muffled scratching at his scalp. ''Are you visiting, then come here,'' The door was opened wide revealing the topless General. His arms stretched wide as Hendrina cleared her throat. ''No, General Ares,'' His heart sunk at his title, his eyes squinting at the princess. ''I need you dressed and ready for this morning, we're heading to the dungeon,'' She said taking a step back. ''Well, you can at the very least give me a hug,'' Ares murmured, scratching his head.

Zack stood behind Hendrina with his arms across his chest,a slight scowl on his face.

''Come on, princess, I'm sure Zack,'' Ares said with a smirk gracing his lips. ''Would love to see you hug me,'' Hendrina eyed the prince her neck hairs standing. ''No thank you,'' She sighed, rubbing her forehead. ''I'm feeling rather ill today,'' Hendrina muffled, rubbing her stomach. ''I would like to have this over quickly before I feel worse.'' His eyes were laced with concern, without any words, he closed the door and soft shuffling was heard. Ares came out soon after in a white button up and black pants. He was fixing his black tie with a groan. ''Let's go,'' Ares said, arm wrapped around the princess' shoulders. She stood stiff like a tree as he supported himself against her with a smile. Hendrina could feel his hairs tickle her ear and neck. With her fingers, Hendrina covered her exposed skin with her hair.

Zack had a blank expression on his face as he tried his best to not let Ares set him off.His eyes turned blood red for a second before they changed back to their normal color.
