Name:
Sex/Gender:
Age:
Appearance:
Special feature: -
Name: Japheth
Gender: male obvi
Age: Just a bit younger than 17
Appearance: Japheth is a thin, feminine male with a triangular body shape and standing in at about 5'7. His skin is nearly grey due to the lifelong lack of sunlight, and his hair is a darker shade of brown with black littering through it. His eyes are big and bright blue, usually taken over by large pupils. He has a black tattoo on his neck with the numbers "574" inscribed. He's usually wearing hospital scrubs and tends to carry a black blanket around with him.
Special feature: He was tested on as to make the perfect human, starting off with eyes. His vision is nearly perfect and he can see in the dark, similar to a camera's nightvision. Above his regular pair of eyes are another pair, these being orange and standing out against his typical blue. -
Name: Cerin
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Appearance: (Silver eyes)
Special feature: He was the first to be experimented on. They wanted to make him stronger than the average human, but had no idea where to start. He has poor eyesight, but can hear everyone in a room. He also has slightly superior strength than the average human (not by much though) -
:00 sweet since no one called it im not it >:)

(Starting just before they leave. don't feel the need to write as much 'cuz i just wanted a good start LOL)
Cerin sat in his cell, his right leg crossed over his leg. He was rubbing his glasses clean with the iconic outfit all of the experiments were forced to wear. It wasn't very useful; he was merely smudging the dirt that was on them, instead of actually cleaning them. After a while, he placed them back on his face, blinking and staring at the room. It was lights out time. He couldn't see well, though he could tell the guards were making their usual rounds. The footsteps signaled they were a few feet away. He stood, rubbing his arm. He was going to leave tonight. All he had to do was knock these guards out and make a run for it. -
lmao ok then
Japheth stretched out onto the hard white floor of his cell. Being as owlish as he was, he doubted sleep would take him- it was a blessing when it did. The room smelt of dust and sleep, the thin boy staring at the wall. He had found solitude to be his greatest fear, often catching himself in a daze, staring at things and giving what he thought the outside world would be like. Fresh air, trees, people, sounds, buildings- it all very much so pleased him. The idea of just being normal, leading a normal life.. it never failed to pass his mind into a trance of curiosity and something that almost made him give into happiness. -
The wait was agonizing. With each step, the guards would stop in front of the cell doors. They asked the same, lousy question- "Are you comfortable?" No matter the response, they would say goodnight, and move on to the next cell. Cerin closed his eyes, listening to them repeat their routine. A small pang of uncertainty hit him as they drew closer. He had lived here almost all of his life. He even knew most of the guards and doctors by name. But he quickly smothered that idea, instead letting a new flame start up. They had hurt him, even when he screamed for mercy. With each experiment, he had gotten stronger, and he knew he could get away this time. As the guards approached his cell, Cerin stood, walking to the door. As they asked the question, he fell to the floor, faking an illness. They immediately opened the door, rushing to his aid. Poor b------s. With just a headlock and a kick, he was able to knock both of them out. The alarms would go off soon, if the camera man was paying any attention. The teen stepped out of the cell into the hall, looking around. His eyes locked on one cell in particular- it wasn't anything special, but something inside of Cerin told him, go. He sped walk up to the door, peering inside. A brunette haired boy was sprawled out on the floor. He hesitated before asking, "Would you like to leave with me?" Cerin didn't even know the boy, didn't recognize him. But it felt wrong to go alone.
-
The sudden and completely unfamiliar voice startled Japheth. He gave a small jump, rolling onto his side and giving the teen that asked to question a slow blink and a look of confusion. After the poor boy had time to process the situation, he grabbed up his blanket and stood, walking up to the door. "We can leave now..?" His voice was quiet and still had a ring of confusion to it. "Please! I'm ready to leave.." He put his hands on the door and gave the male across from him a hopeful look, snuggling closer to his prized black blanket. He was leaving! Finally, after all these years- though, he wasn't exactly capable of fully understanding at his tired and confused state, he knew leave meant outside, and outside meant people. A joy rush shot through him. "Yes, yes! Let's go! Outside!"
-
Cerin felt a wave of relief as the boy agreed to go with him. He knew that taking both of them was going to be dangerous, but he felt as if that didn't matter. Truly, it did not- he had to act fast. After a rapid smack against the door proved Cerin's strength wasn't enough to break the lock, the boy went back to the knocked out guards. He wrestled the key from the one who had opened his cell and returned to his soon to be runaway partner. As he slid the key into the door, he heard a shout. It wasn't something that the other boy would be able to hear, however- it was down another hall. Suddenly, the hall was bathed in red light. Cerin cursed, just barely getting the door unlocked before a piercing alarm started. He didn't have time to cover his ears. Others were starting to cry out for Cerin to save them, too, but he ignored them. He thrust his hand in front of the other boy, his eyes demanding. "We have to run. Even if you think you're too slow-- Actually, whatever you do, don't let go of my hand."
-
Japheth raised his shoulders nervously before gripping his blanket in his mouth, grabbing the older males hand with both of his own. He was rather weak legged, but a continuous surge of adrenaline and excitement was sure to give him a boost. The red lights made his eyes hurt and the deafening alarm mixed with the calls of the other experiments gave Japheth sore ears and a chill down his spine, ready to see outside, and get far away from the harsh and inhumane lab that had tested on him and all the others like labrats. His immediate reaction to everything still had the poor boy befuddled at the past few minutes, his eyes locking with the older male's in a look of agreement.
