Mai: *looks away from the light, startled* *covers Vernon's mouth, whispering in his ear* If he doesn't like it, I am sure he will find a way to go back to being a cat. Just let Thatcher do his work.

Mai: *bites lip, holding back a cry* *continues to hold onto him, watching Thatcher*

Mai: ..Now what? Is he supposed to wake up? *releases Vernon*

Thatcher: No. It'll take a while, days even. It depends. Vernon took almost a week to completely settle down. In fact, he would wake up and then die again. It was annoying.
Vernon: You are annoying.
Thatcher: *rolls eyes* But.. Based on another revival, it's possible they can wake up within hours. *head down* -
Mai: ..He's weak, but he's strong. *knewls beside Adric, looking fascinated* I want to believe he will wake up within hours. I want to see what you have created. *smiles* It is truly fascinating to see how species change.

Thatcher: I love changing them. It's one of my many hobbies. *and grins* Though... He might wake up hungry, and you know what wendigos eat, right~? *stands, hissing in pain*
Vernon: *crawls over to the hand, grabbing it* This is mine.. -
Mai: ..I can find something. *rises* Say, where's Mekhi? Maybe he's hungry, too. I'd like to hunt with him..

Vernon: You like Mekhi? And he likes you? -
Mai: *looks at Vernon* *frowns* Well, we're friends! So, I believe that statement is accurate. I like him, and.. I think he likes me. *smiles* I've never had a friend before. I'm sure that he is one, though.

Thatcher: Mek is capable of making friends, Vernon.
Vernon: That's hard to believe, considering all those people he scared off. -
Mai: ..Hmph. I don't see any of your friends coming with you to be here, Mr. Vernon. *narrows eyes* .. *rises, stomping off to Mekhi's room*
