Mythical creatures that can speak to humans and normally have the same average intelligence as humans are considered equal to humans. But humans have always been jealous of the magic that some mythical creatures have, and technology can't always match those powers. Recently a war has started between the mythical creatures and the humans, and it isn't going well for either side. Now, a group of people who don't care who wins and just want to stop the war send some people out to do a dangerous task, find and steal the Magic Core from the Guardians, the Guardians are mythical creatures with only one purpose in life, and that is to protect the Core. The reason they are going to steal the Core is so that it can be split and one half can be given back to the Guardians and the other can be given to the humans and they can have their own guardians for their half, and if this plan succeeds both humans and mythical creatures will have magic and the war will end, because the only reason the war started in the first place is because the humans want the Magic Core so that they can have magic.

Starts when they're being told about the mission.
They aren't necessarily part of the group of the organization that wants to end the war, the organization could have just heard of them and decided that they have the right skills for the job, but at least one of our characters have to be part of the organization.

Human Appearance:Long black hair, purple eyes, and looks like she's in her early twenties, usually has seaweed in her hair.
Horse Appearance:She looks like a beautiful black horse with purple eyes.
Clothes:If you google 'green scottish medieval dress' it will probably be the second picture.
Weapons:None.
Powers:She can shape shift between human form and horse form, she can breath underwater, can make her fur sticky when she's a horse so anyone touching her can't escape as she drowns them, can extend her back when she's a horse so more people can fit on her back, can predict if a storm is coming, and can somewhat control water.
Skills:Deceiving people, drowning people, luring people to where she wants them.
Personality:Calm, determined, persistent, easy going.
Bio:Has lived a normal kelpie life of just drowning and eating people, she moves a lot as people tend to learn to stay away from that one body of water that people keep dying at.
Other:When her tail fully goes underwater you can hear a sound like thunder, and if you manage to put a bridle stamped with a cross on her when she's in horse form you can control her. Is probably a psychopath, she's Scottish and has a Scottish accent. -

They were all in office with five chairs in front of a desk, sitting at the desk was a half elf half dwarf man. He had told them to sit down while he explained their mission. Kelly was sitting in a chair listening to him talk, as she listened she looked at the others, she was sure that the only person that would be fine with the fact that she kills and eats people was the grim reaper, not that she cared if they were fine with it or not.
