Archaios started reading his book again to help him hide his nervousness

"Whatcha reading?" Talia asked, leaning over Archaios's shoulder to look at the book. She had no interest in the book. But she couldn't help but be interested in him. She didn't know why though... Not yet anyway.

Umbra stretched her wings and then laid down on the floor and looked at the ceiling, thinking.

Archaios pulled his wings closer to himself "Eragon"

"What's that?" Talia asked, sitting down beside him. Talia didn't like the idea of boundaries. She she often sat close when sitting beside someone. But she sat so close to Archaios that she could feel his soft wings on her shoulder. The other boy raised a jealous eyebrow before turning away.

"I'v read it." Umbra said sitting up.

Archaios twitchwd his wings away from her "its a story about a human who finds a dragon eggand his journey" he said softly

"Oh, okay! Cool!" Talia replied. She noticed his wings move away. So she sat on her bed. For the first time in her life... Talia began to feel self doubt...

Archaios smiled faintly "if your soneone who enjoys reading then it is cool" he said, blinking when she moved away

"So... I have an idea!" Talia announced, smirking and quickly shoving away her self doubt. "Let's play truth or Dare!" She decided.

Archaios tilted his head "ok

"Okay, sounds fun." Umbra said, thinking of some dares for the others.

"Okay! Archaios, truth or Dare?" Talia asked.

Archaios blinked "um...truth"

"What's your type?" Talia asked. She wanted to get to know him more. There was a curiosity that danced in her eyes as she talked to him. As she looked at him... And Talia had a thirst to feed that curiosity.
