" Hold on" she said the wind helping her run yo her house and back. She came running towards him with a huge steak in hand

Trico chirped softly and tilted his head

She lifted her head up to him and nodded her head toward the steak

Trico sniffed it

" it's really good" she said. " You can come stay at my barn too." She said smiling

Trico tilted his head and warbled

" Come on follow me" she said leading the way

Trico followed her

She walked up to their barn as it started raining " come on" she said unlatching the door walking in

Trico chuffed softly and then shot inside when he heard thunder

I'm drinking a Dr Pepper at one in the morning 😂)
She latched the door behind her and ran inside with him -

Trico whined as his eyes turned red -
She was afraid of storms like this because she had anxiety over tornadoes and she ran over to Trico and snuggled into his soft warm fur as she sobbed. She had been afraid of tornadoes every since her parents died

She felt safe with him. Her sobbing didn't lighten one bit though
