_Sarjah_ NewbieGoing to repost the plot here
It was a fairy tale kind of love that brought Muse A's grand parents together. His grandfather, heir to the throne of their small country, and his grandmother civilian that he encountered by chance while touring the town. They married, though the public made it clear that hardly anyone approved of their relationship. Now a king, Muse A's grandfather made a hard choice after yet another attempt was made on his wife's life. He sent her to America, keeping their only child, a son with them. When Muse A's grandmother arrived in America, though, she chose to dismiss her identity and start over after a shocking discovery- She was pregnant again.
In a haste, she married, and had the child, the other man believing it was his. The king, Muse A's grandfather, made many attempts to contact her, but was never able to. Her secret died with her.
Years later, Muse A's father, now married with one son of his own, gets a call from his older brother, who has gone through hell to get in contact with him. He was never able to have a child of his own. Luckily, Muse A's father agrees to entrust his sons care on his brother.
Muse A, however, could not be more upset. Leaving his life in California, his friends, his home, to go learn how to be a prince in a country he's never even heard of sounds like a death sentence.
When he arrives, it's clear that he's more than reluctant to learn anything. His uncle, fed up with his behavior, recruits the help of his best friend's son, in hopes that someone Muse A's own age can do a better job. Muse B, the son of a one of the most trusted noble's in the king's court happily accepts the task, though he has no clue what he's getting into. The next few months are spent trying to teach Muse A years of proper upbringing. Muse A is slowly getting there, but not near fast enough.
Of course, there's really no rush.. Until word of the king's condition gets out. The king, fatality ill, needs Muse A to step up and take his place as soon as possible. Muse A, though, is completely over whelmed, ready to give up. Muse B, though, assures them that they'll be there every step of the way.

BASICS:
Name: Ambrose Hywel Acair Adria
Nickname/Goes By: Ambrose, very close friends call him Amy
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Bisexual
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:
Picture Reference: Ambrose
Height: 6'5"
Weight: 165 pounds
Build: Elegant and slender, more lanky than muscular. He's honestly just too tall for his own good. He's not like... Skin and bones, don't get me wrong. And he has enough muscle to deck someone in the face, so Muse A best play nice.
Hair: Curly black, thick and unruly. He tries and tries to tame it but it never works, so he's given up completely.
Eyes: A lighter green-gold color, wide and curious, long eyelashes and very nice eyebrows. (*cough*professionally shaped eyebrows*cough*) (they're natural, he says)
Facial Details: Soft, barely noticeable scar running from behind his left ear, up towards his jaw where it stops. Nice lips! Everyone thinks that his moles are freckles but nope.
Complexion: On the tanner side
General Wardrobe: Classy clothes, but he tends to like reds, like maroon. Normally pairs it with something navy blue, or brown accents. Honestly, he's just very fashion conscious. After all, pictures of him are everywhere. He wants to look nice, right?
A silver wrist watch that he inherited, sometimes he wears scarves or bowties.
Other: He's double jointed.
MENTAL DESCRIPTION:
Overview: Ambrose is someone who believes that to fulfill your life, you have to play your part in society, however big or small. The son of a duke, set to inherit the title that has been in his family since the founding of the country, Ambrose believes that he can make a difference, that he will. In general, he's a fairly friendly and polite person, but this facade is mainly what he expresses to the public. His private personality, the one he shows to his friends and family is a bit different. Ambrose has so many different sides that it's hard to tell which is which.
Positive Traits: Patient, hardworking, kind
Negative Traits: Stubborn, untrusting, nervous
Other: Ambrose doesn't care about your opinion of him.
PERSONAL LIFE:
Family: Raised by his grandparents away from the kingdom, so he didn't meet his father until he was fourteen and ready to begin his training as future duke. Because of their separation, his relationship with his father is purely formal. He has a younger sister whom he has sworn to protect with his life. His mother passed shortly after said younger sister was born, but Ambrose didn't know her well.
Relationship Status: Engaged to future countess, they're friends but nothing more. He doesn't, and will likely never, love her. But he respects that his marriage to her is political and required.
Occupation: Duke in training!
Friendships: Ambrose, oddly enough, had become a sort of leader for those of his age group within the castle walls. He acts as a moderator when the younger boys get testy, helps the girls solve their problems as well. He isn't close to many of them, his inner group consisting only of four: The future countess and her brother, and the twin sons of the Baron.
Likes: Horseback riding, reading, astronomy, public events
Dislikes: Drama, tourists, politics in general, being told what to do

Height: 5'5
Build: He has a fair bit of muscle on him but its from helping around where he lives, its more lay of the land muscle and not from him actually working out and wanting it.
Hair: Theo has short-ish messy blonde hair with an undercut. He use to have it longer but it was too messy and he hid behind it too much so his father made him cut it. He has this design shaved into the sides of his undercut

Facial Details: He has no real distinct features that set him apart from people besides a small scar under his eyebrow.

he has a few scars on his body but wont answer if asked where he got them.
Mental Description:
Overview: Theo is very, well, over sensitive. He has a bit of anxiety in general but terrible separation anxiety from his father that really started when he was fourteen. He is isn't very stubborn or anything but he doesn't respond well to force or yelling and really hates learning. Hes generally weak hearted and shy but can really just come off as an ass since he'll ignore people and shy or walk away. He also really feels like he just isn't fit to be in charge in any way shape or form. He will stand up for something that he believes in bringing out a loud annoying side of him that will get on anybodys nerves despite his shy jittery side of him.
Personal Life:
Family: As of right now its just him and his father officially living in the house but it seems like his father's girlfriend, Lana, is moving in soon. When Theo was 14 his mother, Primrose, twin sister, of the same name as his mom and younger sister, Aleah, died in a car accident just leaving him and his father around. The tattoos he has are representing his deceased family.
Relationship Status: Single, just very single.
Friends: Theo, surprisingly has a lot of friends, knowing most people in his grade at school and almost everyone in his neighborhood. He's especially close to a girl named Clair, and her boyfriend Neil, who are happily expecting twins and a male nicknamed Gear, who works at an autoshop, and Rider a guy who dabbles more on the darkside of the neighborhood but they don't talk about that...
Likes: Medium sized animals and large dogs, drawing, painting and art in general, video games, plant, butterflies, camping
Dislikes: Large animals, small animals, most insects, tiny people/babies and children, large people, running, sports, large groups, reading, learning, public speaking(anxiety and all...), nightmares, cars, planes, panic attacks
Low-key scared of most of that list^
Other: He was in the car with his mom and sister...
He has an Irish Wolfhound names Lycan/Ly.
Hows that? -
I'll start now. c:

When Ambrose had been there to greet the new prince when his plane landed, he was more than delighted to be completely ignored, no sarcasm. He knew the moment he saw the other boy that it was unlikely for them to be friends, and he was content not to be forced into a conversation with him. Now, a few months later without any more awkward introductions, Ambrose was once again invested in his own life and politics. He had a jumping competition coming up and his groomer, although skilled, couldn't be responsible for his star mare. After all, leaving her in someone else's care wouldn't enforce their bond at all. He had one hand on her neck while his other, holding a soft rubber brush, stroked the peek of her back. Sitting across from him, his fiance read a book, one foot propped on a stool. His mare nibbled contently on her shoe.
Ambrose believed that things were perfect as they were in his life. He didn't need a change, despite what his father had been saying lately about getting complacent. He didn't want to travel or return to higher schooling, felt no need to speed his marriage up or learn a new trade. He had no interest in making new connections or expanding the ones he had at current, because Ambrose was content. Of course, right as one becomes comfortable in their life is when things usually begin to change. When a young page entered the stable and announced that Ambrose's father had requested him, he knew that things were about to do just that: Change.
Whispers followed him down the hall. He had left his mare in the future Countess's hands, knowing that she was just as good with horses as he was. He wasn't sure what had caused all the fuss, but he heard the prince's name a few times. He had been a subject of gossip ever since he arrived, but after being introduced to the public, had lost some of the charm he held to the castle staff. Something must have happened.
His father's study was, as always, dark and gloomy. The king, his father's best friend, sat on one of the hard leather chairs, pinching the bridge of his nose.
"I don't know what to do with him anymore. This is the third one he's driven away."
Ambrose cleared his throat before the king could continue, knowing how rude it would be not to make his presence known. His father nodded towards the seat next to the king.
"Ambrose," He didn't address him with any fondness, there was no approval or 'how are you's,' his father getting directly to the point. "We've decided to move your room next to the prince's. You'll be with him each day from dawn to dusk, attend all his lessons, meals, meetings and public outings. You will be responsible for seeing that he remains polite and learns what he needs, as well as offering your own assistance when it comes to things he doesn't seem to understand, or is reluctant to learn."
"You... Want me to babysit the prince?" Ambrose folded his arms, leaning back in his chair. He was a bit surprised, and then not at all because his father, although already as close to the king a he could be, was always looking to have the upper hand. Having a son basically married to the prince would be something that appealed to him.
"No," The king answered, the tone in his voice almost pleading. "Just teach him. Be his friend, his guide, his advisory, whatever he needs to become a young man who our people will accept as king. Have you seen the news? He humiliated me in an interview. He doesn't understand the magnitude of every word he says, every movement he makes."
"And you want me to make him understand." He sighed, knowing that it was useless to argue or try to wiggle his way out of this arrangement. "Where is he now, then?" -
_Sarjah_ NewbieTheo sat in the garden, his dog laying half on his legs and partly on either side and he was nicely wrapped around the sleeping dog hugging him tightly, staring at a plat, he knew somewhere what that plant was but not right now. He began to love the garden within his first week here in the giant maze of a castle because no one seemed to be in here or not a lot of people or very often someone came in here. Theo stared at the small delicate looking flower, its petals were a dark red with yellow line down the middle with small brown dots, he liked it, it was pretty.
His finger ran across the small line he knew was under his eyebrow, he missed his family but he had things to remind him of them, a constant reminder and connection with his mother and sisters but what he didn't have was one of his father or his friends he liked to call family. He felt alone and that was purely his fault and he knew that but ultimately didn't care, he hadn't even gotten a call from his dad or even Lana since he'd been here. His phone didn't work, obviously it's a foreign country that he's never heard of, he didn't ask for a phone, he didn't tell anyone his didn't work. Maybe he could get another tattoo, he didn't think that his uncle would like that very much but he wanted one something of his father only issue of what and how he'd get out of here for it, hr just didn't know anymore.
He wasn't quite sure anymore how much sleep he'd gotten over the past week but he was sure it wasn't much. At first he'd just cry, desperate sobbing of missing his father, his home, everything and eventually he'd fall asleep, with his dog cuddled with him. Then he was told the dog couldn't be in the room with him while he slept, something about it not being clean and the hair ect. Ly whined at first but the dog seemed to adapt faster than Theo was able to. Now he just sort of cried, a lot, no sleep required, apparently. He felt like crap, ashamed of himself for not being able to stick up for himself to his father or uncle.
He had learned that he'd embarrassed his uncle which, he haddn't quite understood. He didn't get why his uncle put him in that situation though, by this time he must have understood or seen that he wasn't good with people so he either didn't care or was just trying to push him for some reason. He didn't even remember an attempt at being prepped for the news thing, that he would have probably paid attention to but now that he was completely humiliated, he was kind of just done with people, thus him alone, sulking in the garden with his sleeping dog.
Teddy dropped his hand around his dog, hugging the gentle giant with a small passion, the only thing left of his home he had with him. He looked at the small scars on his arms, only visible because of the wife beater he was wearing. The oversized shirt was sitting partly on the floor, he was wearing that and a pair of skinny jeans. His eyes burned as he stared down at the dog, he choked on a sob and hid his face in his dogs fur, crying very quietly like he learned to do. -
