"Wait, you live in a human house?" He asked. So she was a human Wolf! But... What if she was someone he knew? It wasn't safe to reveal his secret. "Are you a pet?" He asked, sounding like a normal wolf.

Marie shook her head " those dogs are...my grandparents her ears goes back and she started to regret telling all of it to this Wolf. She didn't even know what she was or what had happened

"So you're human?" He asked, raising his eyebrow and leaping onto a rock.

" honestly I don't know any more " she looks at the ground thinking about that question then sat down " yes I think"

"Oh, cool!" Walter smiled. "I guess you'll just stay here until you change back." He told her, running off. He kinda hoped she would follow. But at the same time hoped she wouldn't.

Marie watched him leave then played down. After an hour passed she woke up as the sun was coming up but was still dark. She brushed off the dirt and rand back to her house sneaking in the back door into her room and fell asleep in the bed

Walter ran to his house and into his bed as he sun rose. His mom came into his room and told him they were going on vacation for the rest of the week. Walter was behind the blankets, changing to human. When he got his vocal cords, he cheered "Yay!" And jumped out of bed once he was fully human.

Marie got woken up by her grandfather who wanted her to get change and down stairs to take her to town for school supplies and other things for her room and food

Walter got on the plane with his mom and told her that there was another human Wolf in town. "Don't be silly dear. We're the last of our kind. I saw it for myself on the news. My old friend and her husband died. We're the last ones." His mom replied. "Didn't you say they had a daughter?" Walter asked. "Yeah, but she probably died too. They never said anything about any survivors." His mom replied as the plain took off.

Marie got changed running down stairs " good morning" her grandmother said with a big grin, she couldn't help but smile back. Then her grandfather came down the stairs grabbing his jacket and setting his hat on his somewhat bald head with grey hairs. "Come on let's go" Marie grabbed her jacket and they both headed out

A girl named Zoey came in the store and saw the new girl. "Hi there! Are you new here? Cause I've never seen you before." Zoey asked. -
Marie looked up at the girl then she nodded at the Question " uh yea I just moved in yesterday with my grandparents Mrs and Mr Kendal " she said nodded over to her grandfather near then liking at the fruits and vegetables

"Oh! That's great! I'm Zoey, and this is my little brother Mark. We're your next door neighbors!" Zoey cheered. "Ya! We door nay bores." Mark laughed. He blinked at Marie before saying "You a very pretty lady." Zoey laughed and ruffled her brother's hair.
