_Sarjah_ NewbieI'm gonna give Diesel his first taste of the feud)
Diesel followed Alter out and into the garage, "Wait what do you mean she got slushied?"
"I mean she got a slushie thrown at her this morning, er twice actually. Camilla did it once to 'wake her up' and Leo 'tripped' this morning." Alter chuckled, "She was really angry, it was funny." The twin said chuckling. They were quiet until they reached the car, Diesel sat in the back of the expensive looking car, Army, in the front seat looked pissed , she slowly drove up to the gate in front of the house and a smile cracked across her face as the gates slowly opened. "Buckle up." her foot must of hit the metal they went from 0-130 mph in under two seconds.
"Jesus f---!" Diesel said and gripped onto the seat, the windows down and sunroof wide open. The speed demon twin had a cheshire grin plastered on her face and the other had a small smile and played with the air out the window. The morning breeze ran through the air, there was just a feeling in the air a nice one like it been raining, it was fresh and nice.
When they rolled into the parking lot Diesel was the first out of the car, his knees buckled making grab onto the car so he didn't fall. He sighed and ran a hand through his hair trying to make it look half decent when combining and airplane and that driving, it wasn't working out so well. Walking into the diner it wasn't what you'd think his family'd be eating at if you'd seen their house or met any of them, it looked like a classic stereotypical 60's diner. Alter went up to order the food for the small fleet we call our family while Army saw what Diesel was assuming was her friends and flopped in a booth and started talking to the people at the table.
In the diner there seemed to be an odd feeling around, like hate looming in the air but nothing in the not especially busy diner seemed to hold or lead to anything hate related. Diesel looked around searching, for what he wasn't sure and was pretty sure he never would be. He saw a booth with a few guys in it, most seemed to be watching him while still talking in a conversation, Diesel glanced over seeing Army and Alter still busy he walked over to them. "Hey, I don't know what's up with you guys but really, quit staring." He said it coming out in a way that was caoted in his usual cold entitled manor he disliked, he got a raised eyebrow or two from the boys.
"Oh wow, with that kind of attitude he's totally a leach." There was a few chuckles.
"Oooh~ well I think we'd have to split 'im open to make sure."
"Ah but at that point why not just feed 'im to the wolves." The wolves thing seemed like a joke, one he was suppose to get, Diesel did not. He was about to say something when he felt hands on his back.
He felt Alter first his smaller frame draped on one side his arms around Diesels neck folding onto each other on the other side his head dangerously close to Diesel's neck. The look in the boy's eyes was definitely one he hadn't seen before, it was daring as in daring the boys to come at him in a 'Sure, I'll kick your ass' sort of way, his green eyes bright with anticipation as if he was an animal waiting for his prey to move first. Army on the other hand just used Diesels shoulder as an armrest. Her dead dark green eyes screaming out an 'I'll kill you if you think about it' unlike her brother who was in wait like an animal, she was standing tall a dominating wave coming off of her, like her showing pride in some sort of authority Diesel didn't know she had, "Aw look the mutts are trying to play in the big leagues, go home before you get hurt, pup."Alter chuckled at his sister's comment and started biting on his lip.
"Hey you little b----." Army raised an eyebrow and moved forward pushing Diesel and Alter back a bit
"Nope you listen here. If you really want to play in the big leagues with us, Billie, the pup better be ready to never have pups cause I'll neuter you the second you're on the field." She smiled slyly at the boy as Diesel just stood there in shock.
"Hey Army-."
"I know, Pop, no fighting," She said rolling her eyes she turned around smiling lightly at the older man behind the counter," But were on our way if you've got everything ready." The man chuckled putting a few bags of food on the counter.
"Go on, get out. "Alters eyes lit up as the boy practically pushed off Diesel for that extra push start to get the food causing Diesel to stumble and grab onto the table, a few hand shot out over the table and it would look like to stop him from falling but he knew it was to protect the food. He nodded and turned following out the now speedy brother and the slow going sister.
He didn't know what had just happened or why the hostility in the air never seemed to be worse as they yelled if anything it relaxed like relieving pressure it all just calmed down. The boys didn't seem over all angry and neither did Army or Alter they were just Diesel could think of it it just the hate seemed real it just didn't feel active or with any real emotion behind it, if that made sense. He sat down in the car with the ood beside him, Don't do that again." He said gaining two stares he realized could permanently go bitter if he said it wrong, "... My neck, don't go close to my neck." Army and Alters eyes both brightened a bit almost as if they were sharing a shared pride in what the male had just said, the smiled slightly and Alter nodded slightly.
"Sorry about that." He winked at Diesel as Army hit the gass. -

Within a short span of time, the two arrived upon the fresh green grass that made up the field of freedom. Scattered benches and picnic tables decorated the space, but they were so ancient and the peeling, cracked wood was so distasteful that they appeared to be an eyesore. Dandelions and violets grew in small clumps along the ground, adding just the right amount of color for it to be somewhat appreciated. Oliver inhaled deeply, letting out a sigh of happiness when the slight scent of the flowers met his nose. Something he rather enjoyed about the park was that most individuals in the town steered clear of it, typically going ten minutes in the other direction for a completely renovated, family-friendly playground.
Jasper and himself took a seat at one of the picnic tables, and without warning, the eldest began his lesson. He began rambling on about one of the most important aspects of learning for new members-- healing. It was a tricky concept to grasp, so talking before teaching was usually the best course of action in the alpha's opinion. This differed greatly from his brother, who enlisted the tactic of "do-and-learn". Oliver deemed this to be inappropriate, especially for younger members of the group. They were less inclined to fight and were almost always terribly unprepared.
"Healing is complex. It's a process. However, once you do it once it becomes easier and easier to do it again."
"How am I supposed to learn how to heal?"
Oliver allowed a slight laugh to come from the back of his throat, looking to the younger. He knew the answer to the question, Oliver was sure, but it was a fact that the other did not wish to admit the reality. The alpha crossed his arms, raising his eyebrows as Jasper peered at him with large orbs. It sure was a sight, almost as though a newborn puppy was begging for food from its mother.
"You get a scratch from the alpha. In that case, me." The taller male closed his eyes, imagining the driver that caused the melancholy tragedy. Easily, he was capable of releasing his claws. Jasper shook his head, but Oliver shrugged, putting out his hand for the teenager's arm. He reluctantly obliged, flinching slightly when the alpha drew a line along the skin, scarlet red immediately beginning to drip from it.
"Alright, now focus. Visualize it healing. Really work at it. And it might hurt, but if you get through the pain, you'll be happy to find that it will heal." He observed the younger as he did what he was told, nodding when small parts of the wound drew towards each other.
Within fifteen seconds, the cut worked itself together, completely healed.
"Is that good, Oliver?"
"Yeah! I'd work on making it a little quicker, but other than that, you're alright." The boy clapped his hands. "Plus, with time, it basically becomes a second nature kind of thing." This statement was completely honest. When Oliver was being taught, things began to come to him in simpler, more efficient ways. Fights made him look stronger than the top contenders in the UFC. Running and cross country were mediocre tasks. Everything felt less intense to achieve. As he dwelled on his own achievements, a scent caught his nose's attention. The scent of the enemy.
"Hey, Jasper. I think we should head on over and grab you lunch and get you home. I just remembered I had some stuff to do." The younger male nodded, hurriedly joining his alpha as they walked briskly along the path that led them to a sidewalk. From there, they strolled. -

_Sarjah_ NewbieDiesel sat in the back of the car, Army turned a different way than the way she came instead of back the same way, "Let's take a look~" Army sung happily looking over and winking at her brother, "No blood no foul." Army said with a smirk.
"You always get fouls." Alter said with a small chuckle, "Why do you think I don't play sports with you?"
"Cause Leo and Rex play too." Army said with a smirk, "And you hate baseball."
"How Twilight of you." Alter said with a chuckle. "You play sports yet, Die?"
"No." Diesel said looking out the window.
"Don't like sports?" Army asked chuckling, "You're not alone, Mouse doesn't like to play with us either."
"Well Part of him anyways." Alter said snorting slightly
"Oh my god you're so mean." Army said laughing. Diesel sat there slightly confused at what he was missing.
"Hey is that?" Alter asked squinting and leaning forward.
"Yep~" Army smirked and jerked the wheel right and off the road the car went.
"Holy s---." Diesel grabbed onto the seats in front of him and watched as army kicked up all kinds of dust as she stopped the car spinning a bit on the end as it stopped.
Alter rolled down his window and waved at the two people walking, Army wolf whistled loudly at the two, to catch their attention in a more flashy way he guessed... he wasn't sure. "Oliver~ and um tiny one~ Come 'ere!" She called them over. Diesel looked over at her like she was crazy, he didn't get how she could talk to people like that.
"Alter ho-"Diesel started but was interrupted by the males hushed 'shhh'
"Army don't be mean." The male said with a small playful chuckle, "Its Jasper right? Come here." He said moving closer to the window a bit, the feminine male seemed to be using his features for him and trying to eloquently coax the male over in a slightly overly sexually seductive way.
Diesel leaned forward between the two seats looking at the two males the taller one catching his eye slightly more than the other one. The taller male with dark hair made him stare, he watched the two of them carefully but definitely more concentrating on the one male. He tilted his head slightly and bit his lip watching him.
His mother didn't know and he was positive none of his family did because it would be weird if they did since he never really talked to most of them. But Diesel very, very, gay and very, very, very hidden in the closet, he wasn't afraid to come out mainly because of his aunt Irisi but he knew his family would probably have a field day and his mom would... she's just kind of fangirl-ish and he'd like to stay away from that as best as he could for now anyways. With his personality it's not like he'd have to open that box for quite some time. -

"Oliver, you seem to be in a bit of a hurry. Is everything alright?" The young individual questioned, peering up at his elder with widened orbs. He was visibly concerned, small droplets of sweat lining his brows, which were tightly pulled together as if a magnetic force was drawing them nearer. Oliver sighed heavily, biting down onto his lip nervously with a slight shrug. He was unsure how to articulate his worry to the boy without scaring him s---less. As an alpha, it was his job to protect his pack both mentally and physically, and with Jasper presenting queries, that job was becoming increasingly difficult.
"You see, Jasper. Our pack is a good pack. We're a safe pack. We're a close-knit pack. You know this. But the main issue is that we've got enemies, just like everyone else. Think of it a little like West Side Story without the love interest."pfffttt
"I mean, that's nice and all, but West Side Story had a bad ending, I think."
"That's besides the point. Let's just get to the diner and call it a day, okay?" He persisted in ushering the boy along, glancing around every now and again to check their surroundings. With his luck at an all-time low, a car pulled right up to the pair. The alpha instantly recognized the vampires situated in the vehicle, a scowl spreading across his facial features. Jasper peered wearily at the others, his eyes searching for Oliver's. The older shooed him back, collecting himself and walking to the window. In his gruff, slightly intimidating voice, he whispered,
"Look, I'd really rather not have any...issues today. The kid's young, he's scared, and he's not looking for any trouble." He shoved his hands into his pants pockets, cracking his neck. "I hope there won't be a problem with that." He smiled, almost in a manner that seemed genuine. "Just for today, act like our kinds are best friends." A hint of sarcasm was laced within his words, his anticipation for a response nearly bubbling over.
He hoped the pair would be able to scoot by, avoid conflict. It was in Jasper's best interest that he wait before partaking in any kind of movielike action. -

_Sarjah_ NewbieDrama~~
Diesel didn't understand what was with this, at the diner both parties seemed mutually interested in the jabbing at each other that was exchanged but this boy didn't seem to want anything to do with them. A good thing, maybe but from the limited amount of information he'd learnt about his cousins he didn't think that these two particularly didn't do well with the word 'no' or being brushed off so he assumed this boy brushing them off made them wanting to bug them worse.
Leaning on the front seats he looked between the four of them, Army, Altar, Oliver (? He wasn't sure about thatYes, yes he was) and the other one who looked to be in a similar situation as Diesel. The seconds seemed to be much longer then that as Army and Alter gave each other looks, Diesel didn't want to draw attention to himself by speaking since he'd so far not been noticed, despite this, "Good Lord, just leave the poor kids the f--- alone I want to go home, I'm done with this s--- town already." He groaned out lazily. His face, to a lazy observer would of been pretty cold and bored but anyone that read into his eyes the slightest bit would of seen how he was scared, he was scared of what the hell was going on and what the hell the twidiots were doing messing around with people for what seemed no good reason.
"Shut up, Die," Army said pushing him back into the back seat, "You have your entertainment we have ours, pull out your phone or some s---." Alter slapped her in the arm giving a her a brief 'what the f---!' look before going back to their conversation with the kid.
He pulled put his phone flicking on his data not really caring about the conversation but within the next twenty seconds he'd really regret this choice. The moment the data connected hundreds of notifications came in off instagram and twitter, mostly tags with his tag in it. He opened twitter and was instantly bombarded with the crimes of his father and not the ... 'clean' (?) ones of fraud and money laundering ect. but the dark ones he just found out about now. Crime scenes, blood, dead bodies clashes of white cold skin and clashed of the deep red blood from their bodies or reverse, red, just red and them the faintest hint of something to reveal where the body was in the picture, loose body parts that the only reason he knew what they were was the inner part on him crying in a sobbing mess and that part was the one that knew those were parts on someone's body. There were hundreds of these and he was tagged in them for one reason his father.
He didn't know how many he made it through but he barely dented the growing pile of pictures, it was then he felt the churning in his stomach. The picture he was looking like was like many of the others, mainly red, full of somewhat intact body parts, the difference in this picture was that there were two bodies, one an older male, dead, very dead, his bloody beaten bruised body mangled and everywhere but the different part that would make anyone want to cry was the small girl, maybe eight or nine, bloody, skin pale her still hand still clinging to her fathers, her blonde hair everywhere soaked in the blood and her body mangled and beaten like her fathers as if that wasn't bad enough the other girl in the photo, soaked head to toe in red blood of her father and twin sister, her now red hair stuck to her skin and body, her arms attached to one of her dead family members sitting there, the only visible parts of her natural skin color was the tear streaks running down her face from her obvious hours of crying.
The crappy mix of food his unskilled mother cooked and airplane food, food he had barely managed to keep down the first time was coming up again. He threw his phone up at the front seats nicely landing between the blonde twins in the front seat, he ran out of the car on the side the other two males were not caring that he'd probably scared the crap out of all four of the members engaged in whatever the hell was going on. He ran throwing up near the back of the car multiple times, he could feel the hot tears running down his face, he straightened up a bit and went to walk a bit more when his legs gave out about two-five steps away from where he threw up, once he hit the ground, more was out of his stomach. -

Oliver remained in close proximity to Jasper, absolutely prepared to strike if that would come to be necessary. Something about the vampires shook him to the core, but he made every effort not to reveal his emotions. It was his duty to remain strong in the face of obstacles. That was probably the most difficult part of his new position. He was required to power through regardless of what may be going on around he and the rest of his pack. If a member were to die in a fight, as the alpha, he would be expected to persevere. With time, he had faith in himself to grow used to the condition.
"You guys seem cool," Jasper said, "Kind of like our pack. Like one big, happy family." Oliver couldn't help but find a bit of humor from the words. A very strong sense of innocence resonated from Jasper, something that could be both a beneficial tool and a detrimental weakness. In the same way that Oliver would have to work to uphold his emotional state, Jasper would have to put his full effort into attempting to become somewhat of a stronger figure.
Strength. That was probably the most intimidating factor that came into play with bloodsuckers. The sheer power that the entire family and group held was admirable-- enviable, almost. The individuals that made up Oliver's pack were determined and powerful in their own way, sure, but their numbers certainly didn't add up, nor did their ability to fight. And though he wasn't suspecting them to, if the confrontations continued to escalate and occur more frequently, he would have to take action to ensure none of his members would be hurt.
Upon watching a cellular device fly to the front, hearing the click of a car door, and smelling the putrid stench of vomit, Oliver's eyes faded into a deep blue. He reached forward, grabbing Jasper's wrist and yanking him back. In a gruff voice, he demanded, "Back up and stand by." The younger individual nodded wildly, taking a few steps backwards. He watched on as his alpha bolted around the car, nearly seeming as though he was ready to pounce.
Thankfully, for both parties, he did not. Instead, when the teenager's eyes laid upon the sight that was a boy around his age throwing up his insides, he scrunched up his nose. He shook away the suspicion he previously held, opening his mouth to speak. His voice was calm and soothing.
As much as the relationship between his pack and the family was damaged, he still held a level of care for those around him. And this particular individual was not recognizable in the slightest.
"Hey...Hey, I see you're throwing up. Are you sick? Scared? What's wrong?" He peered at the other boy, eyebrows tight with worry.
