Mae looked at Silvia, then Luke. She came closer to him, taking a deep breath.

(And Silvia saves the moment instead of ruining one for once! LOL!)
Luke blinked and smiled. He wrapped his arm around Mae and watched what she was doing with the pen and paper. Most people would have yelled at Silvia, but he kinda needed that metaphorical slap in the face. -
"Luke I'm sorry, again. Sorry for acting weird the other time," Mae apologized, "I just thought I was the weapon that you can't ght with," she took a deep breath, "I thought you hated me, I thought I was cancer to you Luke," she said, feeling guilty. "And I just found out that my life is incomplete without you, I can't do anything right without you," she said, almost crying, "Me without you, is like a shoe without laces, a geek without braces and a SentenceWithoutSpaces, I'm sorry Luke. I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry" she apologized again. She felt a little happy about what she just said.

Luke laughed a little. "Hate you? Nah. Sorry, that's pretty impossible." Luke laughed. Silvia slapped her hands together like you do on tv when you did a good job. (I don't know if they still do that though.) Luke kissed Mae's forehead and hugged her.

Mae cried, happily, on Luke's shoulder.

Luke smiled and stroked Mae's back. Silvia would have given them space, but they were kinda stuck in that room.

"Thanks for understanding Luke," she said, smiling "I love you" she whispered in his ear so Silvia wouldn't hear.

"I love you too." Luke smiled. "So what were you trying to do with the pen and paper?" Luke asked.

"I draw X's and O's just to calm myself down" she said.

"Really? Did you know that X's and O's mean hugs and kisses?" Luke asked, smiling.

"I know, but I mean tic tac toe" she giggled.

"Yeah, I get it." Luke laughed.

"Is it safe to go out now?" Mae asked, wanting to bust some those men's head.
