When I made my choice, I hadn't cared about the consequences. I just didn't want those I love to die, and in a way, I got my wish. They live on, strong as ever. If only I could be happy about that. If only I could feel for them at all. But all I know is death and loneliness. Humanity is doomed to fall to its new predator, the Farengar. They were originally human, but they went mad when they touched the Farengar Stone, and only live to kill without emotion and hesitation. The stone gives humans the power to summon a soul weapon, at the cost of their very sanity. I joined a group of freedom fighters that have no name, and together we have pushed them back so far. I had the stone in a case for safe keeping. But the Farengar ambushed us, and I made my choice. Can I become human again? Can I love again?
