  So Lady Discord is a girl who was born in the Victoria era however she was born with illusion magic, once you believed enough in her illusions they'd become real, however she was unable to die because of the magic and became a spirit who would possess bodies to stay alive.
  
  She falls in love with a magical policewomen / detective force captain named Erika - will get last name later- and resorts to commiting petty crimes just to get the women's attention.
  
  She sometimes forgets that she used to be a human and that humans have more intense emotions than her.
