" Hey if you think you need support my team would gladly join you, they've been arguing on what job to take so this would Probaly cause them to settle" he laughed.
" Oh yeah, while everyone in in the guild is allied, some members Hwo work well together form teams, I'm part of team Shadowgear , teams help you take on jobs a lot easier , as well as handle a job to hard for one wizard" -
L nodded in understanding before he started looking at the jobs

Laurence grinned before he felt os etching lnad on his head and he looked up to see his Exceed Gregory on his head. He blushed sheepishly " sorry buddy , I kinda forgot to tell you I was going" he apologised.
Whacking his partner in the face with his tail Gregory flew off his head landing beside him " How do you even forget about a flying cat, named Gregory of all things?"
" I was nine!" Laurence countered. -
L lifted an eyebrow at the cat

" This is Gregory, Natsu, you know the almighty salamander" he grinned as if teasing the man even if he wasn't there " He has one as well His names happy, Natsu raised him form an egg but I found Gregory injured one day when I was wandering, like me he didn't remember much from his earlier days just a few emotions so I took him in and nursed him back to health" he shrugged
" And gave me the stupid name of Gregory!" The cat chirped -
L nodded and then he picked a simple job

Laurence smield at him. " Hey have you found a place to live yet?" He asked before his cat sigehd " He's onky been here for about thirty seven minutes , he hasn't left the guild and you dragged him into magnolia so no Laurence he has not got a hosue"
Laurence pouted " You don't know that" -
L shook his head"no, but I'm used to sleeping outside"

Laurence looked at him then at the reward , it was the only thing he could read on the request " This is enough to I buy rent for two months at one of the places in town , sleeping outside is not a good idea in magnolia" he said " And Erza won't stand for it" Gregory said causing everyone in the guild to sweatdrop

L shrugged slightly"I don't need a home." He said as he turned and walked outside

Laurence looked at him before following him" Everyone needs a home" he said softly. " Besides getting Erza angry is never a good idea, she's the strongest female wizard in fairy tail"

L looked at him out of the corner of his eye "I wander enough that getting a home would just be a waste of money that can be used for other things." He said

"If you're kart of a guild you can't just up and leave! You can't just wander around all the time."
