C1 is friends with a child if a superhero (C2) and doesn't know it until trying to save them from C3 a supervillain and gets powers as well and teams up with C2 to get rid of C3 but fail since C1's powers are controlled by C3. C1 and C2 become good friends as heros and not but still don't know that there are working with each other -

Hero- a green sleeveless/strapless leotard with white leggings. She has white eyes in her superhero form and has vines blooming with white flowers crawling over her arms and legs.
