Bentley peered into the distance, watching the trees that scattered the college's campus as they shook with the light breeze that was flowing through the air. He cracked his neck, gripping his guitar strap so tightly that his knuckles may have begun to fade into a pale, sickly white. His eyes were sunken, deprived of sleep as he had managed to stay awake most of the previous night by riddling himself with work that he had poorly chosen to procrastinate. Walking along the stone path that would lead him to the front door of the edifice of education, he sighed heavily, pushing into the door. Finding himself in the sea that was comprised of throngs of students who were gossiping about the latest fashion trends and what Justin Bieber had been doing recently. Only shaking his head a couple of times, he soon found himself strolling into the large cafeteria that belonged to the college. Grumbling incoherently the words to a random tune, he grabbed a chocolate milk and a breakfast wrap, hurrying to pay for his items.
After he paid, he exited the cafeteria, heading down the labyrinth of hallways until he found himself sitting in the performing arts studio, completely alone and munching away on the food he had just bought. He took note of the fact that the room was particularly sparkly clean, something that was not typical for the area. Usually, it was bombarded with crumpled sheet music and discarded remnants of rotten food that band students would toss away. He laughed at the thought, scarfing down the rest of his food, shoving the trash into his backpack. That was the moment in which he pulled his guitar around to his front, beginning to strum at the cords in a relaxed manner. He knew he would have to trek to his awful European History class after the bell rang and would so be tortured by the neverending lectures presented by the ancient teacher. -
brightfire Newbielori hummed softly as she chewed a bagel outside her class- she had somehow, out of luck, appeared early before class. usually she was late, hurrying towards whichever one it was, carrying and dropping textbooks and papers.
