A stereotypical cop show plot where C1 is trying to track down C2 and C2 just manages to always be one step ahead of C1.

what i usually like doing
C1 is a cop assigned to track down a criminal (C2) who has killed several people. C1 tracks down C2 but hesitates in confronting them. Taking the chance C2 knocks out C1 but instead of killing them, C2 gets feelings for them but abandons them in the warehouse that they were in. C1 wakes up and continues searching for C2, who has been arrested by another cop. For some reason (in other words i dont know why) C1 kills the cop and C1 and C2 must run away together so they dont get arrested
And it kind of goes on from there.

Weapons- Vincent is commonly seen with a Neko Te on his left hand and he usually has a trip barreled revolver as a side arm.
