"We already left Earth! The only surface that's safe to land on is the moon! If we land there during the mission a whole new mission is required to retrieve us! And that would be rushed! I need to try and fix the wing!" Dolly argued.
-
Shaun said "Just try and turn around. I don't feel like arguing with Buzz and I forgot what to do in this situation."
-
Dolly grunted. She knew that if she tried to steer to Earth during the mission, the ship would burn up on reentry. So she decided an alternate plan. She grabbed a hammer, nails, and a large piece of steel that was meant for the Satilight. "I'm going to use tools for the satellite to fix the wing!" She told Huston.
-
She pushed in the idea into the simulation. It worked and she was able to fly again! She then steered the simulation back to Earth. "The simulation failed, we weren't able to set up the satilite. But we did make it back to Earth safely." Dolly cheered when the simulation ended.
-
(Can you please be patient and respond once please?)
Shaun looked at Buzz who looked a little angry. He said "They did it, not me." -
(Sorry.)
"Yes, I know who did it Mr. Carpenter." Buzz sighed. "At least we know she can get back safely... But we need to test getting to the satellite's position! Run the course again!" Buzz ordered. "Yes sir." Replied Dolly. -
Shaun sighed and said "Alright, here we go again." He reset the program, ready to go again.
-
This time, there were no problems. "Okay! That's more like it! Now, lets get Kalaway to training!" Buzz cheered, taking Kalaway to his own simulators. "Uh... What are we supposed to do Sir?" Dolly asked. "Well, chat! Get to know each other!" Buzz answered. "Long as you don't burn the station down."
-
Shaun said in his head again Oh, we know each other already. Just in the worse possible way. When Buzz left, he turned to Dolly and said "So how have you been? Still annoyingly correcting others mistakes?"
-
Dolly stared at Shaun. "What do you mean?" She asked, confused.
-
Shaun said "Nothing. But you remember our history together, and it wasn't good. But in any case how have you been?"
-
"Uh... okay I guess... You?" Dolly repplied.
-
Shaun said "I've been okay. Just wasn't expecting us to work together when I started working here."
-
"Yeah..." Dolly sighed. There was a long moment of silence...
-
Shaun just stayed quiet. He didn't feel like talking.
