  maria took the chance and wheeled around, landing a painful, ring covered punch to the face. she grabbed the curtain, tied it to a luckily placed hook, and doing the army sign. "asta lavista, BABE!" she responded before leaping out the window.

  Marcus quicly followed her out the window while holding onto his nose which was broken and starting to bleed. "I WAS GOING TO HELP YOU!" He shouted at her.

  Marcus looked up and saw Officer Johnson tackling Maria to the ground.
  Officer Johnson: "Don't worry Marcus I got her." He put handcuffs on Maria.
  Marcus' mind went blank for a second and the next thing he knew he had his gun to Johnson's head. He fired. He regained control and shook his head. "Come on we got to go." He picked her up and started running away.
