"Well, at least I'm interested in something besides puns." Alley sighed. "Burn!!!" Arnold laughed. "You mean like you in the water?" Shelly asked. "Anyways... We don't have electricity. We have no magic, as you humans call it. We have what I like to call soul power!" Alley explained. "Way to not sound creepy Alley!" Shelly laughed. "Soul power," Alley continued. "Is what we use here. The more kind your soul is, the more powerful you are. The spells in this world (only kind of magic) work that way because the nicer you are, the less likely you are to use your true power..." Alley explained.

"Okay." Alley replied. "So were you playing a game or talking to someone?"

brightfire Newbie"talking to someone. i can press letters on the phone and press and special button to send a letter to someone." he calmly mused while trotting ahead.

"Who were you talking to? Another Human!?!" Alley asked. Shelly rolled her eyes and laughed, knowing another human adding to Alleys obsession would be a... Pain in the neck!

brightfire Newbiejamie sensed a pun would go on and answered alleys question. "Yes." he took a picture of the crazed alley and sent it.
jamie: *picture* this is alley. please do not tell her where to find you; she'll stalk you and pester you with questions.
jamie sighed, sent the text, and answered all of alleys questions. "ok, so what are we supposed to do?" he questioned. -
"Well, I think you said you're on a quest for the Queen? Did she tell you what it was?" Shelly asked.

brightfire Newbie"no, not really." he sighed and tugged out the map the queen had given him and watched as black ink marks in a trail slowly appeared. "ah, well thats better!" he walked on, turning here or there, and came across a large waterfall.

"Uh... I have to go!" Arnold yelled. "He has a fear of water." Shelly explained. "Unlike surface vampires that burn when in sunlight, Arnold blows into flames when in water."

brightfire Newbie"wait.. if he goes in flames in water, does that not mean the water saves him?" jamie grabbed arnold and turned to alley.

"No, not if the water causes flames. I read books on surface fires. When a fire's caused by oil, does water help? No, if I remember correctly, it makes it blow up." Alley explained. "It's not just water... I-I-I have things to do! B-Big things! Very big!" Arnold lied, eyeing the water fall and trying to shake off Jamie.

brightfire Newbiejamie clung on with an iron grip and had shelly hold onto arnolds cloak. he took out an axe- one he had found besides a wooden statue, curiously- and chopped for quite a while at a small tree. eventually it cracked, and he tossed arnold to the other side.
