Personality: He's had a hard life but you couldn't tell from looking at him, cause he's somewhat optimistic that something good will happen soon, although he secretly has survivor's guilt
About: He used to be named Jace Peterson, but at the age of 5 he became the only survivor of a deadly house fire and taken to the Royalty. He was tested and given his light powers very painfully. The only thing that keeps him going is some words his dad always said "Always stay positive and determined."

Mutation/ability: 05251999 has ability to control ice and water, and is able to use it to create anything he wants, as long as he has enough ice and water to make it, He is even able to make living creatures with his ice. How ever due to his ability he have a very low body temperature(normally is around 15f) and he can be killed rather easily with heat and burns easily. If his body temperature rises above 80f he will fall in to a coma until his temperature lowers and anything higher then that can and will kill him.

Personality: 05251999 can be very aggressive at time but most of the time he is rather docile. He is very stubborn and will ignore orders if he is given them by someone he doesn't like.
About: 05251999 doesn't have any living family that cares about him, as his father abandoned his mother when he found out she was pregnant and his mother died during childbirth. -
