After Conner toke a shower he got some new clothes on on went to Luke and asked,"Can you cut my arm again, I can't do it and I need the practice healing."

"Yep" like said cutting cuuners wrist a little and laid on his bed in a comfortable position so quick you only saw a blurr

Conner put his hand on the cut this time sitting down so he did not fall but when the cut was done healing he only felt a little energy gone from it. He looked up at Luke , smiled and said,"the practice helped a lot I'm not even dizzy."

Sasha poured her magical energy into her katas, charging at Oceana. "He'd!" she yelled, sending a burst of energy from her sword.

"Ok", Conner then got up and walked to his room and focused all of his energy into his right hand after a moment his hand got warm and a small ball of fire danced across his hand.
