"No... I'm not delivering a message for Master Draco..." Dobby whimpered, holding a lamp and staring at it.

"Then what is it? What does Dobby need to say?" Gabrielle asked quietly.

"Dobby..." Dobby began. "Dobby doesn't..." Dobby suddenly banged himself in the head repeatedly with the lamp! "Bad Dobby!!!" He yelled.

Gabrielle scowled and grabbed the lamp, setting it behind her, "Speak, dammit!"

Dobby looked at her sadly, "Dobby... Dobby isn't..." Dobby cried, reaching for the lamp. "Dobby must punish himself for..." Dobby stopped reaching for the lamp and sat on the floor. "Dobby is sorry. But Dobby isn't supposed to do what Dobby came to do... Dobby is sorry for waiting your time." Dobby sighed, disappearing.

Gabrielle blinked wildly and sighed, "Perhaps I'm dreaming."

The next morning Dobby returned. "Master Draco will be sending you an owl." Dobby told her, unaware that muggles would say Draco will call you.

"An... owl? Why on earth would he send me an owl? We live across the street, and my family is allergic to birds," Gabrielle mused, beyond confused.

Soon, an owl landed in the window. The owl handed Gabrielle a letter and flew away. The letter said:
Dear Gabrielle.
I'm sorry about Dobby. I suppose
It has become clear that we aren't like you.
You see, you are a muggle and I am a
Wizard. I'm afraid Dobby will be punished
For entering a muggle's home. I will
Not be around for awhile because I
Have to take Dobby to the Ministry of
Magic to explain.

"A muggle... that actually stings, even though I have no idea what on earth it means," Gabrielle murmured, rereading the letter a few times. She sighed and shook her head, returning upstairs to read.

On the back was the definition of Muggle.
Muggle: A non-magical person. Someone who is not a wizard/witch. -
Gabrielle shrugged and lied on her bed. "Oh well."

Meanwhile, at the Ministry of Magic.
Dobby quivered. "Dobby... Dobby didn't mean to cause harm! Dobby was just..." Draco sneered as Dobby quivered. He knew if Dobby did try to tell the Minister that he had told Dobby to go over, that Dobby would fail and just start hitting himself.
"Enough Dobby. You will not be punished." Dumbledore who had just shown up cheered. "I... won't?" Dobby asked happily. "Of course not! Hogwarts was meaning to invite the girl anyways. It's actually helpful what you did, because now she won't be as confused!" Dumbledore answered in his usual odd way. Dobby looked relieve. The Minister looked confused. Malfoy looked mad. Dumbledore seemed to be enjoying himself.
Like Dumbledore announced, an owl flew in a week later and gave Gabrielle the letter. The letter had green writing that said her name and address. Her bedroom was also in the address! -
Gabrielle stiffened, "Hogwarts school of wizardry...? But I have no magic at all! Mother, Father!" She yelled, letter in hand.
