Cresswell side-stepped the boy's attack easily, his face void of expression. He had hoped to have a bit of fun in this fight, but the opposing side was scared and lacking proper training. With a sigh, he moved closer. "Honestly," Cresswell muttered, "You'd be better off surrendering."
-
" No!" He said defiantly slashing at the older man. He would kill this man or die trying, he wouldn't be allowed to hurt those he loved while Arden was still alive. He slashed at him again.
-
The blonde's eyes widened in surprise when the boy surged forward with sudden will. He blocked the attacks, but one almost got him. Grinning widely, Cresswell opened his arms, taunting him. "That's the kind of energy I like to see!" With that, he made his own attack, once again aiming for the boy's sword-holding hand. This time, however, he was trying to fling the sword away from him to disarm him.
-
Arden cried out in pain when the sword sliced his hand , he panicked when the sword was flung away and he rushed to grab another from the display case turning his back to the pirate in his haste.
-
As soon as he had gotten the sword away from the boy, he knew the short lived fight was over. Cresswell grabbed his shirt collar, yanking him back. "You lost," he stated, smiling. "And I won. What do I get as a prize?"
-
Arden shivered , he then got an idea " If you leave here and stop the bloodshed then I'll willingly go with you" he bargained. He didn't know how he excepted it to work but he saw the excitement in e pirates eyes as they fought.
-
Cresswell frowned, thinking about the offer. He didn't want to stop his men from getting whatever they pleased. This was, after all, a very nice town. He could tell from this house alone that it was a richer community than most. However, something about the boy in his grasp interested him. He wanted to see what all he had to offer. "Fine," the captain agreed at last. Turning, he began to drag the boy to his ship, yelling at his men to back off if he saw them.
-
Arden grunted as he was dragged along, he wondered exactly what the captain was planning to do with him. Was he going to be held for ransom? Raped? Sold off? What?
-
(ahahaha Arden, your admin and I will need to go offsite so much for what Cress will do to you... c:)
Cresswell sighed as the duo stepped foot onto the ship deck. Many of his men had returned, and he was waiting on the final few to return with whatever treasures they had collected in the short amount of time. He looked down to Arden, pondering what he could do to this boy. "What is your name?" He asked. -
( Lol XD)
" A-Arden" he said quietly looking down at the floor, he wasn't going to make eye contact with the pirate who was scaring him half to death. He wondered how many lives he'd actually saved by going with the pirate. -
"Arden," Cresswell hummed. "What a unique name.." He looked to his crew, giving them an apologetic look. Moving to stand behind him, he said, "Everyone.. Meet Arden. He's our new.. Member." Several of the men laughed, and he restrained from snickering with them. Turning, he started to pull Arden to the doors that would lead them to his study. The ship had already started sailing away, drifting off from the port, though it wasn't far.
-
Arden followed behind, he'd do what the pirate said until they were far away enough from his home that he could get rid of the captain and his screw. The only problem was he know they wouldn't let him around poison but he also knew that he couldn't fight them.
-
Once they had entered the study, Cresswell pulled out his keys to unlock a pair of doors that was off to the site. From there, he nudged Arden in, following behind. He quickly locked the doors back up, turning and sighing. They were in his personal room now. It wasn't too big, since his study took up a lot of room, but it had a walk-in closet off to the right and had a giant bed. All around the walls, his prized treasures were there- hats, jewelry, paintings, ect. He walked past them, removing his coat and hanging it up. He looked to Arden, biting his lip. "You're going to need new clothes, boy," Cress finally said at last. He moved to his closet, opening the door. Nodding his head in that direction, he explained, "I should have more sea-worthy clothing in there. What might fit you is in the back."

Arden nodded even though he didn't really want to change in any kind of vicinity to the pirate. Arden wasn't like the rest of the boys in his town, not just because he didn't want to be a knight, because he didn't have an interest in women, he'd only ever seen one man before however before the night they were to run away, he was found out and hanged just like a criminal, Arden however wasn't found out so he was safe, he assumed that the pirate would be like the rest of the normal people and prefer women but even then it didn't make the idea of getting changed anywhere near him, comfertable.
Arden gave a silent sigh before he walked into the closet to look for something to wear.
