Haley shook her head in refusal "No" she sat down on the bed

"Why won't you tell me!?!" Ronny demanded.

"Yes I do! If this has something to do with... If you know my secret at least tell me what she told you!" Ronny didn't know if he wanted this information to prevent the cure or use it... All he knew was that this girl knew too much! And Lorna was too clever. Even if she lied she could make it look true. Such innocent magic... So asking her was risky. He knew she would trick him into using the cure before he could decide wether or not he wanted it. Hailey was stubborn, but his only way to get information. "What did she tell you!?!"

hailey moved slightly when he raised his voice. She closed her eyes and look a deep breath not willing to answer his question

Ronny sighed. He kicked the wall then yelled with pain before walking away. When he was out of eyesight, he wiped angry tears from his eyes and noticed his skin was turning ugly again. He felt the anger going away and sadness and fear replaced it. 'What do I want!?!' he thought to himself angrily. He didn't want to be ugly... But was letting his father turn him evil the best solution? Who cares! It's the only solution! But... What on earth did that girl have to do with it!?! He growled and kicked the wall in his room.

Hailey sighed then layed down on her bed covering her face with the blanket

The next morning, Ronny gave Hailey breakfast. "Did you eat dinner?" He asked, hiding his face with a mask.

Hailey looked at him with confusion but then nodded her head light towards a plate with only a small portion had been eaten

Ronny took the plate, fought the urge to sigh at the wasted food on it, and replaced it with breakfast. He then gave the leftover food as an appetizer for the kids. Finally he made their breakfast and took off his mask. He quickly put it back on when he realized he would have to pass Hailey's cage to get to his room.
