C1 is a simple, single young woman, who isn't known for much. After getting into a major accident, they go into a coma and into wonderland, where they meet C2 (Cheshire Cat/Mad Hatter). Forced to stay in wonderland, C1 begins to grow closer and closer to C2, eventually developing feelings for the male. What will happen when they wake up? Will they be able to move on, or will they forever live in a fantasy?

C1, a simple young woman, is on her way to school one Autumn morning, getting caught at a red light and running late. A black Fiesta comes out of the other lane, out of control and crashes into her. The thing is, she feels no pain and opens her eyes to reveal a meadow, in which all is well. C2 was exploring his home, looking for a lost object. Instead, they stumble upon a lost person. Upon hearing C1's story, C2 thinks they're mad! But then they realize C1 is unaccustomed to his ways and agrees to help C1 back home, to reality. Along the way, C1 develops feelings for C2, and vice versa . So will C2 let C1 go home, or will C1 stay in wonderland forever?
