brightfire Newbiedonna finished and got up, sitting on the lavish red couch in the parlor. "y'know.. i'm thinking of getting a cat. you know, one of those siamese."

"I don't see why you can't," he grumbled, holding his head in one of his hands.

"My sister is... I can manage."

brightfire Newbie"alright then." she disappeared and came back with a kitten. "i was keeping him in the shed. his name is sherbet."

He blinked wildly and sighed, not bothering to fuss.

brightfire Newbie"what?" sherbet mewed and padded onto harry's lap, purring as he kneaded it and curled up.

He held a finger beneath his nose, attempting not to sneeze.

brightfire Newbiedonan snatched the kitten from his lap and got up. "nevermind. you can't."

"I-I'll be fine. As long as Sherbert makes you happy."

Harry sighed and hung his head.

"You didn't have to put him in there..."

brightfire Newbie"he's fine. its more lavish that you think." she replied. it was true; it had plush carpeting and many essentials and toys for sherbet. she always visited him, anyways.
