It's based on Halloween town by it takes place after the fourth movie and one hundred years later so no one can be Marnie!

Halloween town, the world where everything is Halloween all of the time! Monsters and witches run around the town with almost no worries. Now a group of thirteen year olds are joining the Halloween highschool.
However lurking in the corners of Halloween town is a darkness that is after one of the thirteen year olds.

The chosen one will be completley randomn and none of the people who join will know who it is, if you don't want to say something.

Species: Mermaid
Looks : Inertia has two forms. Her humanoid form has Cyan coloured hair which is really wavy and trails a little down her black with a single purple streak, it's usually decorated with a fish net bow and seashells. On her arms are atlantean symbols and on ehr legs are the same symbols but Mirriored.
Her mermaid form has the same cyan and purple eyes while her hair is a little longer and Purple with a single Cyan streak , her legs are now a purple and cyan tail and her arms bear the same symbols, her top is purple with cyan shimmers.
Powers : Her voice can show someone their deepest desire and paralyse them for thirty seconds she manipulates water. -

Power : Laurence controls earth and nature as well as reguakr Magic , he has enhanced senses , enhanced speed -

No, I've played undertale and I understand what you're going for but no, skeletons rarley even have powers other than fear inducement or manipulating bones.

Okay I looked him up and it didn't help. Benny has no powers, he's just a cab driver who tells jokes. Can I just stick with the bone manipulation thing?
