  The rain was lashing wildly at the car windows, the windscreen wipers frantically erasing every drop. It was of no use, though. The rain kept pouring like an endles bucketful of watef. There was even a flash of thunder.
  
  Hazel did not care about the weather. She only cared that the school bus arrived in time for her to see Roger Varnes. Not just Roger, but all the boys and girls who adored her. She was popular at school. Everyone knew her, and she did not have anything to worry about.
  
  What about the new students? Hazel winced at the abrupt reminder. There would be new students, she knew, but none of them could compete with her. She was sure of that. She would remain the popular one, she was positive. A smile escaped her lips, and she looked at Hooner Aocaine for some reason. She hated him, but somehow always winded up together with him.

  Harley looked around the hallway. She she stood in the corner where no one could really notice her. But a boy walked up to her "Hey aren't you Harley?" he asked. "Yeah I am" Harley said with a smile. "Well im Jason Evanston , see you around Harley" He said as he walked of. Harley waved. "Jason is the most popular boy at this school" A girl said to Harley as she walked of. Harley stood their waiting for first period to start.

  Aprils bus arrived at the school late from the pouring rain. Everyone ran out of the bus finding shelter from the rain and thunder. She ran across the the pavement to the front of the school greeting her friends Carly kendle and Kyle kendle who where brother and sister"hey guys " She said soaked. They looked at her and laughed "hey april having fun in the rain?"
