fallenstep Noviceappleflower patiently sat nearby, smiling, as vixenkit tackled with sootkit and birdkit. "RAWR!" she mewed as they squeaked, then they ran off to play hunt the mouse.

Shadowstar looked down upon the Clan. "I'm afraid I have some.. disturbing news." She looked worriedly at Stonefur, her Deputy. "SunClan has declared war on NightClan. And SkyClan is behind them. I'm currently trying my best to get FernClan on our side, but you know how peaceful they are."
It had been many, many moons since the clans had gone to war.
Silverstripe looked up at Shadowstar. he knew how much this had worried her. She barely slept anymore!
Stonefur twisted his tail with Flameclaw's. -
appleflower protectively curled her tail around the kits and pulled them closer. burningleaf curled his tail around leafstem.

"Coming!" He called back.
"Wait", Shadowstar called out," Take a warriors with you".
"Yes" Dappledapple responded.
"Silverstripe can you please go with them" he asked. Silverstripe nodded. Then they padded out of the camp to go to the herb tree in the big clearing near the camp. -
Shadowstar sighed. "All warriors are to leave camp in groups of three. No kits are allowed outside the caves. Apprentices must be accompanied when going out, and The borders are to be paroled more frequently." She flicked her tail and stepped down from the rock, going into the hollow cave beneath that was her den.

"I...I'm fine." Shadowstar said, turning her head away from her friend.
Frostpaw followed Dappledapple and Silverstripe out to the tree. She jumped over to some poppy seeds. "We might need this for pain, right?" She was new and still learning all her herbs.
Silverstripe watched with pricked ears, listening for any signs of attackers.
Stonefur called out some cats to go on a patrol with him. "Burningleaf, Leafstem, and..." He looked around the bare camp. "That will be all." -
Pearbug NewbieLeafstem gave a annoyed look. "Cmon, shadow star, don't stress!"
Burning leaf mewed happily and walked over to leafstem. "Let's go." He meowed. -
Iced_Roses Newbie"No, Frostpaw. Poppyseeds are used for soothing cats or helping them sleep." Dappledapple said quietly being the quiet cat she was.
"Oh right. Is it dock leaves!?" Frostpaw said loudly. Dappledapple sighed and said to herself" He has a lot to learn." -

snowstorm Newbieappleflower trotted into the medicine den with a very sick looking vixenkit, anxiet in the queens eyes. "u-uh... dappledapple?! vixenkit ate something and now shes sick!" she set her kitten down on the ground. "shadowstar might need a poppyseed or two, though. shes stressed."
