  -a few moons after darkkit, specklekit and redkit get apprenticed-
  honeypaw looked much more like a young warrior than an apprentice now. she turned eagerly to silverpaw. "we'll be warriors soon!"

  Silverpaw smiled happily. "I know!" he said. He watched as Snowshadow walked over. "How are my little apprentices doing? Soon you'll join me and your mother in the warrior den!"

  brightfire followed him and laid her tail on snowshadows shoulders. "that'll be great!" she meowed happily. when they left, brightfire turned to snowshadow. "should we have another litter? i miss when they were just kits.."
