  Basically Ink decided to throw a huge party at the Omega Timeline. The Omega Timeline is pretty much an empty space. Canon and original and anything else is allowed as long as it's Undertale.

  Void Chara slipped to the Omega Timeline and reached out to it from the void. With a quiet pop! they landed there. They had gotten a blast message in they're Multiverse Mailbox. So why not?
