Oh no! Team rocket has found a way to permanently bond a human to a Pokemon and allow said human to use the pokemon abilities! So what does team rocket do? Get a bunch of legendary Pokmon and bond them to children. Because that's a brilliant idea.
Rules- Arceus is not allowed!
Two people can have the same legendary Pokemon depending on which one it is(ex- mew, the birds, the dogs, the lunar duo, and celabi) -
*face palm* this is open to everyone and it was supposed to be called bound legends
