Looks- long silver hair and white eyes. He is pale and thin.
Clothing- black T-shirt with a gray jacket tied around his waist. Black cargo pants and hiking boots.
Pokemon- Riolu(lv5)-moves- growl, quick attack -
Canada you can't have an arcenine right of the bat but you can have a growlith and have it evolve in to arcenine

Does it count as a legendary if the trainer is an idiot? XP can I be a dimension hopper I wanna have hoopa! It's not a legendary just the only one of its kind.

Or if the trainer was really really sick and incapable of battles but the Pokemon ( Xerneass or cresselia) helped soften the illness?
