I was thinking:
C1 is young boy/girl who was cursed by a witch. If he ever fell in love and kissed a girl/guy, he'd die. Though one day, when his adoped mother took him out into town, he ended up meeting a beautiful/handsome girl/boy, c2. C2 eventually ends up leaving town and C1 goes on a long journey to find her after being on the run from police. He/she acadentally hurt a bully at his/her school.
[It's a bit depressing but its romance/fantasy/adventure.]
