Grass (Flora):
Everyday, Flora and her girlfriend Lilly held hands and skipped to class. Everyone would laugh, or yell, or call them sinners. They didn't care. Until one day, Flora and Lilly were walking home from school. They didn't know that a bully was waiting for them on the path. Lilly and Flora accidently stepped into a rope trap that hung them upside down. Lilly screamed and Flora's face turned pale. Everyone laughed and threw fruit at them. After an hour of this, Flora noticed vines were growing and building a wall between her and the bullies! She was eventually untied and she and Lilly were safely on the ground. They hid in a fortress of trees while hearing a helicopter above. -

(I'm telling Sam's story next) -
Electric (Sam):
Sam's life was perfect!!! He had great friends, always went to amazing parties, was never messed with, and had very awesome parents! But the thing he loved most in life was his little sister Alex! One night, he took Alex with him when he went to a party. "Hold on little missy!" He suddenly laughed turning to face his five year old sister who broke into giggles. "You aren't aloud at this party!!!" He sighed. His sister was stubborn. "Why!" She asked. Sam laughed. "Because there's kissing at this kind of party!" His sister had a grossed out face now. "Ew!!! No!" She laughed. "I'll go climb the trees instead!" She decided. Sam nodded and entered the party. He got very distracted as he played with his friends. He almost didn't notice when someone yelled about a little girl playing in the storm. Then he heard thunder. "What did you say?" He asked. The guy repeated that a little girl was climbing a tree in the storm. Sam ran out quickly. Sure enough, Alex was up in the tree. She was frozen in fear as lightning striked. Sam quickly climbed up the tree as he counted the lightning coming close. His friends helped him get Alex out of the tree, but as he took a breath, the lightning that was going to hit Alex hit him. But the lightning didn't hurt as he fell to the ground. The ground hurt, but he was alive and untouched by the lightning. A helicopter was flying hi above when he woke up. -
Okay! That's all! (except one that will come later). Now we begin!

The five teens, each from different states, were now in a helicopter with a tall, old man sitting at a table. "Hello. I'm Dr. Helly. Your names are Sam, Gale, Dew, Flora, and Flare. Am I correct?" The man asked. Dew nodded her head along with the others.

Dr. Helly smiled and stood up. "I assume you're wondering how you got your powers? I picked someone in your lives, someone who wanted to protect you from the tragedy you faced, and used them to give you your powers." He paused for a moment to let them understand. "Do you know who did it?" He asked. Flare remembered her friend who warned her that boy was bad news. Flora remembered Lilly. Sam remembered the guy who warned him about Alex. Dew remembered her grandmother trying to hide the letter. Gale remembered his sister. They all nodded.

"Good. I want to train you to use your powers. I will also give you education. Once we are done training you may choose what you do with your powers. For now they will be used to protect the world." Dr. Helly explained. "But today you should rest and get to know each other. We are flying to my home. And yes, you families allowed me to do this in return for your education, us giving you special support to reach your dreams, and of course contact with your families." Dr. Helly concluded. Dew like this idea! She smiled and sat down.

The helicopter landed at a large house. Everyone stared in awe as they entered their new home. "So, where do I sleep?" Asked Dew. Dr. Helly turned to her and answered. "The girls will sleep in the west wing and the boys get the east." He explained as they entered. -
The boys looked at each other and headed to the east "feels like harry potter" Sam said and gale and Sam laughed

"Boys! There's still a tour!" A woman, (clearly the Doctor's wife) called.
