I'm open to any gender pairing and for plots I have two ideas.

Sure, that would be great! I have my moments as well, so don't worry.
I don't have complete plots in mind. There more of ideas. One of them is a struggling alcoholic who lives with his/her S.O. I'm thinking they should have some sort of mental disorder to be the root of their problem or troubled past. -
I know it's very basic, but we could go from there adding our own details in the characters and story.

I mostly do MxM or FxM in pairing.

I'm thinking you could just include whatever you want in the character sheet as far as the root of his problem.
