You wake up one day and are in a strange room... The wallpaper in the room is peeling off. There is one window that is closed. The door is opened slightly. There are strange markings in one area of the wallpaper that look like a large vent is behind it. You feel your phone is in your pocket. What do you do?

You pull out your phone and try to turn it on.It's dead,and you never activated the emergency 911 call system.You put your phone back in yours pocket and look out the window.

(I was asking what would you do so I could tell you what happens, but oh well) You look out the window and you see a wide field. While wondering where you are, you the window can be opened and there's no netting behind it. What do you do next?
