Franklin smiled, leaning against a column "I-I'm fine Gray. As long as you're not hurt, or Tai." He felt some blood trickle down his arms and legs, but he let it pass.
-
Bcj turn) just bumping sorry)
-
Tai grew red. "Right, ok, I'll try and find someone!" she shouted as she took off. She skirted around the corners with ease, spraying the path behind her with loose rocks and dirt. She ran for about a hour before she came to a stop beside a huge ledge, big enough for her to lay under. She sat down to catch her breath, hoping Frank and Gray were ok.
-
Gray ignored Frank in this drastic situation. She estimated they had fallen about a half mile down, which seemed impossible. She looked around before trying to climb up the wall again, making it about ten feet up before slipping and falling again, on top of Frank.
-
Frank groaned, but smiled "Don't worry, Gray. Tai's on the way with some help." He watched as she tried again and again, each time landing on him.
-
Tai got up again, after she caughther breath, and proceeded to jog down the rocky path. After a while, she encountered an old farmhouse. The lights were on, so she walked up to the front door and knocked. There was a few moments of silence, then, she heard a groan, and a creak, then footsteps started to come towards the door.
-
Gray sighed before giving up, all she was succeeding in this was a lot of scrapes and bruises, which was on top of the aching she felt from such a fall. She sat down and put her knees to her chest before crying silently.
-
Franklin hugged Gray, trying to comfort her. He mumbled something, and a tear streamed down his face. I want to get out of here, though I think one of my journals has the answer. One of the journals I use to hide my feelings for Gray, 'cause I'm a coward
-
Bump)
-
As the door opened, Tai shifted nervously. She immediatly relaxed when she saw an old man with a plain face and a gray beard. The man smiled and asked if he could help her. Tai grew red and stuttered out her name and the reason why she came knocking on his door. Te man introduced himself as Murphy Cain and Tai shook his hand.
-
Gray stiffened. She uncovered her eyes to a runny nose and blotchy eyes. She hugged Frank back after a few seconds or contemplating. She welcomed the warmth, the reassurance of another human being there with her, to share the pressure. Frank was starting to grow on her.
-
Franklin sighed, looking around. A place full of yellow flowers, and white collumns. "I-I'm sorry Gray. This is my fault" Franklin said, frowning.
-
Tai fidgeted nervously. "So, do you have any rope? Like 15 twenty foot ropes?" she inquired. Inside she mentally smacked her head for asking such a dumb question. Murphy shook his head bt replied, "No, but I do know someone who lent me a long piece of metal rope." he said. Tai brightened at this. "How long is it?" she asked.
-
"No don't blame yourself, Frank," Gray said, frowning. She stood up, breaking the hug. "I wonder where Tai went?" She questioned mostly to herself.
-
"If I hadn't always had my nose in those stupid journals, we wouldn't be here." Franklin said, leaning against a column.
