After World War III the world is being ruled by a dictator named Zain Norwood. Some people are mutated because of the radiation. Norwood has Enforcers in every town to enforce his laws. The Enforcers throw hundreds of people in jail every day. A secret organization who have been searching for the perfect team finally find them and take them to their base. They tell the team that they have been chosen to overthrow the king, and so they set off to do so.
