Alex whined at being sepearated from Schaten. his ody was being affected by demon level trauma.

None of S.H.I.E.L.D's tech could decipher what was wrong with Alex. Kaley stood aside and said "I wonder what's happened to him."

Alex`s body began to be covered in red mist.

Kaley saw the red mist and said "What's going on here?"

Peter who'd just suddenly appeared put an arm around Kaley's shoulder " His body is attempt pitting to heal its self darling" he said with a wink.
