Skill- flying, making pretty things out of ice
Looks- she has two forms, hee semi human form and her dragon form, I'll post a pic for her dragon form in a bit
Human form- she has long blue and white hair and pale skin. Her eyes are silver with light blue swirls. She has large feathered wings that are covered in frost and she has small spiral white horns, wolf like ears, and a whip like tail
Personality- you'll see
She ends up being found by the northern crater because of the reports of a dragon coming to close to towns -
