Alex did the exact same. It was tricky but it was barely noticeably late.

Alex didn't let him finish, her hand was in the bag while he was focused on her face and she stuffed a fry in his mouth as quick as a snake as soon as his lips opened.

Alex scrunched her face, "How hard is it to eat a French fry?" Now HER face was twisted in confusion. "I don't understand.." -
Yeah)
He rolled his eyes and ate the French fry -
"Now, here," She said more forcefully, shoving the lunch bag towards him. "The food's getting cold.." She warned him.

The bell rung. "Well, there goes the whole lunch period wasted and no one's eaten. I guess it's a lose lose," Alex says.
