"I don't even know where you're getting at." Mila said.

"Its called mind reading. l need to get going" Johnnie said, looking away with teary eyes "l'm sorry for messing up your life"

"Johnnie, you didn't mess up anything." Mila said. She grabbed her hand and turn her, so they were face to face.

"l've messed up plenty, mostly for myself!" Johnnie choked out "l find love, now l've f---ed it up!" Johnnie's arms frew around Mila, crying like there's no tommorrow.

"Johnnie don't cry. You didn't f--- up anything." Mila said. She hugged her.

"Why do l have to cry blood?" Johnnie asked, wiping her eyes.

Mila wiped her eyes and looked at her. "You're immortal. It's normal." she said.

"l'm a freak" Johnnie replied softly "How could you love a freak?"

"I love you for you." Mila said with a smile.

Johnnie listened in on Mila's thoughts "l love you, Johnnie". "l love you too, Mila"

Mila smiled and kissed her softly.
