Kyle smiled and stepped onto one of the other thread mills and started it up and began to jog lightly.

she glanced at him and smiled

Kyle watched the meter on the TM and began to run a little faster then before.

silver tilted her head slightly

Kyle stopped and took a breathe and looked at Silver. "You okay?" he asked.

she nodded "yeah" she said before she steped off the tread mill

Kyle smiled and nodded back.

she sat down to take a break

Kyle began to lift some weights and he looked over at Silver.

silver tilted her hed slightly

Kyle began to raise his arms and let it fall slowly until he raised it again.

silver watched him

Kyle put the weight down and looked at Silver. "What?" he asked.

she shook her head "nothing" she said
