"The very first time we started going out." Carrie protested. Mila heard footsteps and was confronted by Cody again.

"We- l will stop now for your sake" Jason said, standing up.

Carrie grabbed his arm and pulled him down. "You're not leaving. Not again." she began as her voice began to get deeper. Cody grabbed Mila and punched her in the face. Mila cried in pain. She howled and was punched again.

"Carrie, get off me!" Jason yelled, struggling.

Carrie's hand slipped and she punched herself in the chest. She let him go but she knew he was gonna come back. Mila's face was bloody and bruised. She screamed louder, hoping someone would hear her.

Jason ran away, then heard Mila's shrill scream. His feet hurried to her den.

She pushed Cody off of her and held her face. Cody grabbed her hand and pushed her against the wall. "You will not off like that!" he said, walking away. She slid down the wall and hid her face in her knees.

Jason saw the whole thing, then punched Cody in the face, knocking him out.

Mila heard a thump on the ground and ignored it. She continued to cry, trying to ease the pain.

Jason kicked Cody repeatedly "f---ing s---bag"

Mila heard Jason's voice and went over to him. "Jason!" she grabbed his hand and pulled him away. "Stop." she said, tears rolling down her face.

"How could you let him do that to you?" Jason asked, looking at Mila.

"He's the second Alpha in the group. What he does, we have to stay through." Mila said. She wiped her swollen eye that was purple.

"Oh hell no. l don't care if he's Lilith you can't take s--- from him" Jason said, examining her eye.

"He's our leader, we have too...why are you here anyways? Where's Carrie?" Mila asked.
