Mila uncovered her eyes and looked at his back. "That's from your father?" she asked. She stood up and looked at the scars, She placed her hands on it and traced them. "I can't believe your father did this?".

"Yes. The only thing that wasn't from my father is on my arms" Jason said, looking at the ground.

Mila couldn't believe what she was looking at. "How could you live like that?" she asked. "That is not how a pack member should be treated!" she said. She walked infront of him and looked at the bandages.

"I barely could" Jason told her as he unwraped the bandages on his arms, revealing cuts all along his arms.

Mila placed her hand on it as a yellow light appeared. She felt the pain going through her veins. She uncovered it and the wounds were gone.

"How did you-" Jason asked, but was cut off by his brother "Jason? What are you doing?" Jason was shocked, and looked at Mila, then at Alex "l'm just hanging with a friend". Alex went back to sleep, and forgot all about it.

"Maybe I should go?" Mila said and smiled. "I'll see you around." she said and kissed his cheek before running back to the cave. She smiled and laid outside the cave.

Jason smiled and shifted to his wolf form. He got up early, and prepared the pack if there was an attack. While everybody was training, he went to The Ancient Tree. He jumped up in it, then layed down on a branch. He closed his eyes and thought.

Mila woke up to her father, ordering the members around again. "Mila! I wanted to talk to you." Her father said, frightening her. She turned back into her human form and got up. "Yeah, what is it?" she yawned and rubbed her eyes. "Well lastnight, I went outside and I heard some noises. I followed the noises and it led me to the battle grounds!" He started.

Jason was looking up to the leaves when he heard footsteps "Come out Alex" he said. "Jason, can l talk to you?" "Sure, what about?" "Last night. l know that was not a friend"Jason sighed, and rubbed his forehead "Alright, come up here" he said as Alex climbed the tree.

"What were you doing last night with him?" Mila's father questioned. "Nothing. We were talking about his father's de-" She was cut off by her father, grabbing her by the neck and pinning her to the cave wall. "If I find out you are seeing him, you will no longer be in this pack nor this family!" he said sternly before letting go of her. Mila caught her breath and rabbed her bruised neck. She watched as he stormed off.

"Jason, you're disrespecting the tribe. They're our enemies, we mustn't associate with them" Alex gave him a serious look "Dad may be gone, and mom is already dead, but l will kick you from the pack. You may be alpha, but l'll kick you out on your ass" "Trust me Alex-" "Shut up you little b----!" Alex pinned Jason down and held a dagger to his throat "No more, hear me?" Jason nodded in response, then pushed him off.

Mila walked out the cave. She felt like screaming but didn't have the energy. She had pain in her pain, like someone had stabbed her, right in her heart. She held her neck, feeling the pain, pulsate through her nerves and to her head, giving her a major head-ache.

Alex dropped from the tree, and glared at Jason. He then went back to training. Jason felt the sting of the poison in the knife. He quickly bandaged it up, and dropped down, but fell on his head and blacked out.

Mila sighed and walked down the path and over to her sister, Paris. "Hey, are you okay?" Paris asked with a smile on her face. "Yeah, why?" Mila asked. "You have a big bruise on your neck!" she said and looked at Mila's neck. "Was that from dad?" she asked. Mila nodded slightly.
