Emily went over to a rack of weapons and strapped a sword to her belt and then unsheathed it, and it felt perfectly balanced in her hand, and she swung it at a dummy, decapitating it.

The man grabbed the sword from the girl"no,no,no"he said"you're a begginer,you don't get real swords until you learn proper swordsmanship"he took a stick Identical to mine and gave it to her"use the stick first and work your way up"He said"If the dummy breaks and a green orb comes out,collect it,you'll learn what it is in will(magic)training"
(second,how are kids who live in villages are soppuse to lift a sword and say it's balanced.No offence but,mideavil times never let kids do so much heavy work,there strong enought to lift swords easily) -
( Sorry to intrude but Soayerbirne this isn't your soap. Most of your stuff doesn't make sense. I know a girl who actually is her character's age who tests swords and things. She can tell when they're balanced , don't do things like this to other people's charcater have a good day now)

Luke was given a stick and was told to whack a dummy with it. He started whacking but nothing was really happening -
(actually, they trained kids this old to fight using real weapons)
Emily sighed and attacked the dummy with force, Haily screeched and circled above, and Emily beat the dummy up until it broke. -

Luke concentrated and gave the dummy one final whack. It launched the head clean off and Freedom grabbed it and tore it to pieces in the sky. -

Haily landed on Emily's shoulder, and she pet her affectionately. -
(I'm pretty sure he is.)
Freedom landed on Luke's shoulder, and he gave him a pat on the head. He said to the kid "You know we never got properly introduced. I'm Luke and this is Freedom." -
(*shrugs* ok, if you say so)
Emily looked at the boy and decided to introduce herself to him too, "My hawk is Haily and I'm Emily." -
