Lani sighed and faced palmed. She walked after Striker. "Hey, I wasn't talking to you to leave. I-I was saying it to D-Dustin." she said.

Striker stopped before he turned around to look at her."Does he always do that to you?" He asked as he frowned.

"Yeah, but it's normal. he breaks up with me and he comes running back, like always." Lani said. "Sorry you had to be apart of that but thanks for sticking up for me...again." she said.

Striker nodded as he rubbed his arm shyly and looked down."can I ask.....you something?" He said softly as a faint blush came to his cheeks.

"Yeah...Sure." Lani said with a soft smile. She crossed her blazer to cover her chest.

"um.....Can I have....your number?..." Striker asked softly as he blushed hard.

Lani looked at him and smiled. She nodded slightly. "Ummm, sure." she said. "Can I borrow your phone?" she asked.

Striker took out his phone and gave it to her.

Lani put in her number and gave it back to him. "I'll see you later. The bell is gonna ring soon." she said, walking back to the gym.

Striker nodded and puts his phone back in his pocket before going back to the gym and putting his school shirt back on. -

Lani grabbed her bag and sat down. She grabbed her phone and had a text message from Dustin. "You and your new friend hasn't seen the last of me!" he said. -
Striker looked over her shoulder and saw the text.He then snorted.

Lani turned around and looked at Striker. "Excuse you?" she joked. She turned her phone off and walked towards the door.
