Thread Topic: Fading Worlds

It is the year 2086, past the time of time travel and opening different dimensions into different worlds. A group of people are trying to bring the government down and stop it's reign. In the midst of all this chaos a shape-shifting dragon, an imp, pixie, Redcap and a human are trying to keep the main government intact while trying to keep the others alive as well.

Other: He is a RedCap, which is a murdering dwarf, elf or in Chris' case a fairy. -

Bio: Tasarau was a warrior that had his wings amputated because of an accident.

Looks : dark brown skin that looks like wood . Long green hair and golden eyes. There is gold detailing over his skin that mean certain nature statements: he is 5"4 and petite.
Clothing : a leaf sleeveless shirt that shows his midriff and leaf trousers . He is bare foot
Weapon : a staff with a green emerald at the top and a dagger at the bottom.
Bio : He was raised to be the consort of teh forests prince but after he was framed for a crime he was banished.

Also he has green wings that are like tinker bell wings but a lot cooler
